On Wednesday, August 31, 2022 we had the pleasure to welcome the participants of the Executive MBA of the University of Zurich in the beautiful Toggenburg.
Prof Hui Chen, member of the EMBA UZH Executive Board, gave a warm welcome to the participants and after a program introduction by the program Director Dr. Matthias Schaub, the focus was on “Winning Teams” with Marius Boesch, experienced executive coach and trainer. After an exercise to get to know each other, the participants went out into to the great outdoors to master various tasks and challenges in groups, experiencing team dynamics and overcoming their own limits. Experiential Learning is an important element in the EMBA UZH leads too a deep understanding of specific learning goals.
After this successful and inspiring start, the participants stay together in Wildhaus, enjoy the impressive mountain scenery and the mutual exchange and complete the first EMBA module “Leadership” with Prof. Dr. Jochen Menges.
We wish everyone a good start and we are looking forward to beginning the EMBA UZH journey together with our participants.
