Marcel Rohrer is Head of Fiduciary Services, Member of the Executive Board, at BDO AG in Zurich. BDO is one of the leading auditing, trust and consulting companies in Switzerland. With 34 offices, BDO Switzerland has the most dense branch network in the industry, and for cross-border assignments, BDO’s worldwide network in 167 countries can be accessed. In addition to his Executive MBA from the University of Zurich, Marcel holds a degree as a Certified Public Accountant and B.A. HSG. He is fluent in English and German.
In his spare time Marcel is a Business Angel (Owl Business Angels) or he enjoys his time on the golf course. In the remaining time Marcel enjoys good food with friends and family and enjoys oenological arts with them.
Marketing, Communications and Member Management
Gabriela Ursprung has many years’ experience in retail. She currently works for Genossenschaft Migros Zürich as Head of Marketing Near-/Nonfood. In the summer of 2018, she will move to a different function within the same organization, where she will be responsible for Corporate Communications and Kulturprozent.
As a side job, Ursprung spent several years working as a presenter, editor and announcer on various TV shows on Tele Züri and Swiss Television.
She completed her Executive MBA at the University of Zurich in March 2017. In addition, she has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Zurich University of Applied Sciences in Business Administration (HWZ), specializing in General Management.
An active member of EMBA Alumni UZH since her university days, Ursprung values the dialog with other graduates: “It is important to me to stay in touch with my former fellow students and other alumni. Pascal Blum, born on September 22, 1988, is Managing Director of a Private Equity Company in the Canton of Zug. Previously, he was responsible for the development and expansion of subsidiaries and sales partners in Southeast Asia and North America for a Swiss equipment manufacturer.
In March 2020, Pascal Blum completed his MBA at the University of Zurich. He also holds a Master of Management from the University of Edinburgh.
He spends his free time with his family and friends as well as playing sports.
Dominique Froelicher leads the Legal & Compliance Team of the Bank-now AG and is member of the Executive Board. Previously, she was responsible for national and international civil and criminal law cases at a major bank and conducted internal investigations. Froelicher is an attorney-at-law and completed her Executive MBA at the University of Zurich in 2018. She speaks fluent German, English, Italian and French.
Froelicher likes to spend her spare time outdoors, exercising and playing sport, and with her family, friends and horses.
Katja Schönenberger has been with the Pro Juventute Foundation since 2013 – initially as Head of Marketing, and since 2016 as CEO. Pro Juventute is the largest charity for children and young people in Switzerland. For a good 100 years, it has been committed to supporting and promoting children, young people and their environment in their everyday lives with a wide range of programs and services, and Pro Juventute is committed to providing them with rapid support in times of need. Every year, some 300,000 children and young people and around 100,000 adults benefit from this. Previously, she held various positions at Sunrise, during which time she earned a Master’s degree in Customer Relationship Management. Since 2019, she holds an Executive MBA degree from the University of Zurich.
She is passionately interested in the topic of “future skills” in the context of digitalization, how children can learn the right skills today for tomorrow. She likes to spend her free time with friends and family, in nature, doing sports or simply reading a good book.

Jeanine Bönsel, born November 23, 1984, graduated from the Executive MBA at the University of Zurich in March 2019. Jeanine received her undergraduate degree from the University of Passau, Germany, with a degree in Cultural Studies and a focus on the French-speaking cultural region. Jeanine has been working in business development in education for over 10 years. First Jeanine worked for an intercultural consulting firm, later as the corporate director of academia language school, where Jeanine shaped the growth from a regional Basel language provider to a nationally represented language school with 13 locations.
Jeanine is interested in education technology, learning in general and intercultural communication. In her free time, Jeanine is involved in an animal shelter and loves to travel.
Andreas Heinzer, born on January 7, 1974, has been with SWISS International Air Lines Ltd. since 2008. He is currently responsible for B2B marketing for the SWISS/Lufthansa Group in Switzerland. Prior to that, he held various positions within SWISS sales.
Swiss International Air Lines (SWISS) is the airline of Switzerland. It serves more than 100 destinations in 45 countries worldwide from its national airports in Zurich and Geneva. With a fleet of about 90 aircraft, SWISS carries nearly 19 million passengers annually.
Previously, he was responsible for marketing at the national association of Swiss mountain railroads, Seilbahnen Schweiz. In 2020, he earned an Executive MBA degree from the University of Zurich. He enjoys spending his free time with family and friends, and in winter whenever possible on skis.

Sandro Tschuor leads a consulting team at the creative agency Wunderman Thompson and is deputy COO and member of the extended management team. In this role, he supports major clients in the area of communications.
Wunderman Thompson Switzerland AG is part of the largest communications network in the world, WPP and specializes in providing communications services to clients in the areas of: Advertising, Brand Management, Use of Advanced Technology and Data Handling.
In his “first” career, he was a professional ice hockey player and able to turn his youth passion into his profession. He played for seven clubs for 16 years, making over 800 appearances in Switzerland’s top two leagues, while completing his bachelor’s and master’s degrees at UZH.
Sandro Tschuor earned the UZH EMBA in the first cohort of the English EMBA with a focus on Digital Transformation 2021.
Sandro Tschuor is multilingual and is also involved as an ice hockey expert on the channel MySports.
He enjoys his free time running, playing tennis or skiing, but of course he also likes to spend some quiet time with family and friends.
