Leadership, team dynamics, mountains and great discussions – those are the ingredients that made for a fantastic start of the University of Zurich Executive MBA with focus on Digital Transformation.
The program started with a day of exercises in the great outdoors in Wildhaus around a picturesque mountain lake, led by Marius Boesch and his team. During these challenges the participants experienced leading teams in unfamiliar settings. Sandro Tschuor, Board Member of the EMBA UZH Alumni Organization joined in and invited the students to take part in the activities of the Alumni network.
The following 3 days the EMBA participants immersed themselves further in the topic of Leadership with Professor Jochen Menges. One of the highlights is the module on Transformative Leadership on top of the Chaeserrugg mountain at 2262m above sea level – in glorious sunshine and surrounded by spectacular mountains in a building designed by Herzog and de Meuron.
Liliana Dolic, Head of Marketing Automation Solutions Development at UBS said: «This is a great start to our EMBA journey. I am excited to be with such a diverse and international group of executives and I enjoy this truly stimulating module.»
The EMBA UZH with focus on Digital Transformation is a 15 months general management program with learning expeditions to Israel, USA, China and Switzerland.
