A strong gender diversity is important for a successful Executive MBA program at the University of Zurich. We are therefore committed to increasing female participation in our EMBA UZH-classes to 30% by 2020. One year into our commitment, we have increased our female participation rate from 15% to 20%. In addition, we are very pleased to announce the formation of an EMBA UZH Alumni Women Chapter.
