Yesterday the Executive MBA University of Zurich started the 1 week module on “Negotiation and Leadership” with Yale University Yale School of Management in New Haven, USA. The visit is an immersive learning experience at one of the top Ivy League institutions. It is an integral part of the Executive MBA program and besides the academic content on “Negotiation and Leadership” gives insights into Anglo-Saxon management culture and education and includes company visits in the Boston area and we also welcome EMBA Alumni joining us on the trip.
The first day already was mind-blowing with lectures on making “elegant trades” by Daylian Cain and the “Hurricane Survival Simulation” with James Baron. The evening was rounded off with a reception and boat cruise along the coast of New Haven. Today starts with “Decision making for Leaders” with Emma Seppälä, Ph.D. , a highly interactive and practical lecture on applied leadership skills.
