After 2 module blocks delivered online due to the Covid-19 crisis the EMBA UZH is back in the classroom. Last week the participants of the Executive MBA came together again on the UZH Executive Campus in Zurich to learn and apply leadership tools and how to develop their executive careers. Rita Kunz delivered a practical workshop on coaching as a leadership tool. This workshop was followed on Thursday by Marius Boesch, who introduced the participants to the LIFO tool to recognize their own leadership style and build a career on strengths.
The week ended with a workshop on executive career development delivered by Daniel Porot. Federico Gioia said “Online sessions were dynamic and very helpful to stay on track on our EMBA journey. Now I am happy that the group is getting back to face to face classes; We continue learning and developing practical leadership skills together.” Marzena Jedrzejek said “We learned great tools that will definitely help us steer our development paths. We practiced asking the right questions and finding our strengths to support further career growth for us and our teams.” The next module in July 2020 will be a Learning Expedition within Switzerland to explore the Innovation eco-system in the Zurich area and beyond.
